Bollywood actor Parineeti Chopra plays the role of an outgoing, romantic singer in her upcoming film Meri Pyaari Bindu, but that’s not the real her. In real life, she is unromantic, studious and had a non-love life in her childhood.
Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra’s bubbly and romantic character in her first movie Meri Pyaari Bindu is not the real her! In fact, the character and the real Parineeti are poles apart.
In an interview for her upcoming film Meri Pyaari Bindu with Ayushman Khurana, Parineeti plays the role of a romantic, outgoing singer. And she says that is so not her! She has been unromantic and has been a studious person since childhood
“I had a very non-romantic, non-love life childhood. I was a very studious person, very different from Bindu. I was very much like Abhi, disciplined and studious child,” Parineeti said in the interview.
The movie would certainly be a special one for Parineeti as she is making a comeback after two years of break and also made her debut as a singer in Meri Pyaari Bindu.
Sister Priyanka Chopra was the first to give feedback to Parineeti on the song.
“I am still getting used to hearing my voice. I still keep going back after small intervals and keep listening to it. It feels very weird to hear your own recorded voice,” Parineeti said.
However, the actress fells a playback singer can never be replaced.
The film, which is produced by Yash Raj, is set to release on May 12.
Ayushmann plays Abhimanyu Roy, a pulp fiction writer, in the film while Parineeti essays the role of Bindu, an aspiring singer.
