Jayanthi Ravi retired as Regional Manager of Trade Wings, (Hyderabad) the most prestigious travel agency, after serving that organisation with distinction for 38years. She is the wife of VS Ravi IPS ( Retd ) Former Director General of Police and Principal Secretary (Home Department)of the erstwhile Government of Andhra Pradesh who is our regular columnist. She is a granddaughter of India's former President Sri V.V.Giri.
